Healthy Yogurt Protein Brownies

Instructions
Preheat oven and prepare pan
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line an 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) baking dish with parchment paper.
Mash banana
Peel and mash the ripe banana in a large bowl until smooth.
Mix wet ingredients
Add yogurt, eggs, and vanilla extract to the mashed banana. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
Add dry ingredients
Sift in cocoa powder, protein powder, and baking powder. Stir until just combined, do not overmix.
Bake brownies
Pour batter into prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 20-22 minutes until set but still fudgy in center.
Cool and serve
Let brownies cool in pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely. Cut into 9 squares.
