Remove sausage meat

Remove the meat from the Kurobuta Pork Sausages.

Cook the sausage

Cook the sausage until golden brown, then transfer to a bowl.

Make roux

Melt butter and add KFC Flour, mixing until thick.

Make sauce base

Add cooking cream and water, mixing until smooth.

Combine sausage and sauce

Add cooked sausage and mix well.

Bake the fries

Lay the frozen fries on a baking tray, add cooking oil and bake at 205°C for 26 minutes. Transfer to a bowl.

Pour the cream sauce on the fries and serve with a main dish.
