Grilled Chicken Wings on Charcoal

chicken wings (raw)
2000 g
onion (raw)
3 pcs
salt
3 tsp
black pepper
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
Abkhazian adjika
3 tsp
tomato sauce

Instructions
Prepare chicken wings
Remove wing tips and cut each wing in half.
Prepare and add onion
Slice onion into half-rings, season with salt and squeeze by hand, then add to the wings.
Add remaining marinade ingredients
Add black pepper, garlic powder, adjika and tomato sauce. Mix thoroughly by hand.
Marinate
Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
Skewer and grill
Thread wings onto skewers and grill over charcoal that has turned to ash. Cook 15 minutes, turning every minute.
Serve
Serve with pickled gherkins, tomato salsa and cheese sauce, garnished with chopped onion and cilantro.
