Instructions
Prepare chicken tenders
Pat chicken tenders dry and season with salt and pepper.
Make hot honey glaze
Combine honey, chili flakes or hot sauce, olive oil and minced garlic in a small bowl.
Pan-fry chicken tenders
Heat a pan over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Cook chicken tenders 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Glaze with hot honey
Lower the heat and pour the hot honey glaze over the cooked tenders. Toss gently until evenly coated and glossy.
Serve
Transfer glazed tenders to a plate and serve immediately while hot and sticky.
