Prepare and marinate steak bites

Cut steak into cubes and marinate with salt, pepper, Italian herbs, parsley, garlic powder, smoked paprika and olive oil for 30 minutes.

Cook the steak bites

Cook the marinated steak bites on medium-high heat in butter for 2 minutes per side to develop a golden crust.

Lower heat, add extra butter, garlic paste and parmesan. Mix for 1 minute until well coated, then remove and set aside.

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 50-60ml pasta water.

Sauté onion and garlic

Cook chopped onion and garlic on medium-low heat for 5-6 minutes until soft and translucent.

Add spices to vegetables

Add salt, pepper, Italian herbs, parsley and smoked paprika to the sautéed vegetables and mix for 1 minute.

Create Alfredo sauce

Add milk and cream cheese on low heat, mixing until smooth. Let it bubble slightly until thickened.

Add cooked pasta to the thickened sauce and mix until well combined. Add pasta water if sauce is too thick.
