Build the flavor base

Heat oil in a pot and sauté spam, onion, green onion and ramen seasoning to release deep flavor.

Add broth

Pour in water and bring the mixture to a boil.

Add noodles, silken tofu, kimchi pack, extra spam and enoki mushrooms; let noodles soften.

Finish with greens

Add bok choy and simmer until noodles are fully cooked. Adjust seasoning with soy sauce. Crack an egg yolk in the center before serving.
