Prepare tea base
Combine warm water, sugar, tea leaves, and 8-9 mint leaves in a pot or heatproof container. Let the mixture steep for 5-10 minutes.

Strain the tea
Strain the steeped tea mixture to remove tea leaves and mint.

Assemble the drink
Fill half of a glass with ice cubes. Add 1 tbsp lemon juice. Pour the strained tea mixture over the ice. Garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves.
