Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad

romaine lettuce (fresh, chopped)

0% Greek yogurt (plain)

lemon juice (fresh)
60 ml
Parmesan (grated)

Instructions
Cook the pasta
Cook protein pasta in salted boiling water until al dente according to package instructions.
Prepare and cook the chicken
Cube the chicken breast and season with onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Cook in a hot pan until the internal temperature reaches 74°C.
Prepare the dressing
In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano and grated Parmesan. Mix until smooth.
Assemble the salad
In a large bowl, combine cooked and drained pasta, cooked chicken cubes, chopped romaine lettuce and the prepared dressing. Toss gently to coat everything evenly. Top with extra Parmesan and croutons if desired.
