S'mores Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
Cookie Dough
unsalted butter (softened)

light brown sugar

S'mores Base
graham cracker squares

Hershey's chocolate bar

regular-sized marshmallows

Instructions
Preheat oven and prepare baking sheets
Preheat oven to 190°C. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Cream butter and sugars
In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Add egg and vanilla
Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
Whisk dry ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt.
Combine wet and dry ingredients
Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until fully combined.
Fold in chocolate chips
Fold chocolate chips into the cookie dough.
Prepare s'mores base
Lay graham cracker squares on baking sheets. Place chocolate on each cracker, then top with a marshmallow.
Wrap dough around s'mores
Scoop 2-3 tablespoons dough, flatten, make a well, place over marshmallow stack and wrap to seal.
Bake cookies
Bake for 10-12 minutes until cookies are just barely starting to brown.
Cool cookies
Let cookies sit on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool.
Add chocolate decoration
While cookies are still warm, press a piece of chocolate bar on top for decoration.
