Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread

Alfredo Sauce
heavy whipping cream (unsweetened)

Parmesan cheese (grated)

Instructions
Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 200°C for roasting garlic and final baking.
Roast garlic
Wrap garlic bulb in foil and roast at 200°C for 30-40 minutes until soft and golden.
Make garlic butter
Mix softened butter with roasted garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Season and cook chicken
Season chicken breast with garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 6 minutes per side in hot oil until fully cooked.
Slice cooked chicken
Once chicken is cooked through, remove from pan and slice into thin strips.
Prepare Alfredo sauce
In a skillet over medium-low heat, whisk heavy cream and cream cheese until combined. Add Parmesan and stir until smooth. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Prepare bread base
Slice bread loaf in half lengthwise and spread garlic butter evenly over the cut surfaces.
Assemble bread
Layer Alfredo sauce on garlic butter bread, followed by mozzarella cheese, sliced chicken, and more Alfredo sauce. Garnish with coriander if desired.
Bake assembled bread
Bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve
Remove from oven and serve hot with extra Alfredo sauce on the side.
