Chocolate Chip Nutella Bombs

Dough
all-purpose flour

milk

butter

sugar
50 g
active dry yeast

Nutella
200 g
chocolate chips
150 g

Instructions
Activate yeast
Warm the milk slightly, add sugar and yeast, stir and let stand until foamy.
Make brioche dough
Combine flour, salt, eggs, softened butter and yeast mixture. Knead until smooth and elastic.
First rise
Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
Prepare filling
Measure Nutella and chocolate chips; keep them ready for assembly.
Shape the bombs
Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces. Flatten each piece, place a spoonful of Nutella and a few chocolate chips in the center, then seal and form a ball.
Second rise
Place the shaped bombs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let them rise for 30 minutes.
Bake
Brush with egg wash if desired and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
