Supercharger Sauce
low fat mayonnaise
40 g
sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp
smoked paprika
0.5 tsp
garlic powder
0.5 tsp
onion powder
0.5 tsp
cayenne pepper
0.25 tsp
white vinegar
1 tsp
Worcestershire sauce
0.5 tsp
salt
1 pinch
black pepper
1 pinch
Instructions
Mix the coating
Mix the flour, cornflour and all spices in a bowl.
Prepare egg wash
Crack the egg into another bowl and beat it.
Slice chicken
Slice the chicken breast into strips.
Coat chicken
Coat the chicken strips in the flour mixture, then egg, then flour again.
Air fry chicken
Air fry the coated chicken at 180°C for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
Make sauce
Mix all sauce ingredients and place in the fridge.
Chop lettuce
Chop the lettuce into small pieces.
Build wrap
Build the wrap with sauce, lettuce, chicken and more sauce.
