Instructions
Prepare garlic butter
Mix softened butter with minced garlic to create a fragrant garlic butter spread.
Toast the croissants
Slice croissants in half and spread garlic butter on the cut sides. Toast until golden and fragrant.
Make honey sriracha sauce
Mix honey and sriracha together to create a sweet-spicy sauce.
Form and smash patties
Divide ground beef into two loose balls and season with salt and pepper.
Cook smash patties
Heat a pan over high heat. Place beef balls in the pan and smash flat with a spatula. Cook until a crispy crust forms, then flip and cook briefly on the other side.
Assemble the burgers
Spread honey sriracha sauce on the toasted croissant halves. Add the crispy smash patty and serve immediately.
