Instructions
Prepare the chilli lime seasoning
Mix all the spices together to create the chilli lime seasoning mix.
Marinate the chicken
Combine cubed chicken breast with minced garlic, 2 servings of chilli lime seasoning, honey, juice of 1 lime, and chopped coriander. Mix well and marinate for 1 hour or overnight.
Prepare the chilli lime sauce
Mix yogurt, light mayo, hot sauce, honey, chilli & garlic powder, and lime juice together. Set aside for serving.
Cook the chicken
Heat a pan over medium heat. Cook the marinated chicken for 6-8 minutes until golden and juicy. Lower the heat and add butter and extra honey, stirring to coat.
Serve
Serve the chicken with 140g cooked rice per portion and a small amount of chilli lime sauce.
