Nutella Bombs

Instructions
Prepare frozen Nutella filling
Scoop Nutella portions onto parchment paper and freeze until solid.
Mix the dough
Whisk warm water, sugar, yeast, melted butter, egg yolk and eggs in stand mixer with dough hook.
Add flour and salt
Add flour and salt to the wet mixture.
Knead the dough
Knead 10-15 minutes until smooth dough forms and passes window pane test.
First proof
Form dough into ball, place in bowl, cover with plastic film and proof for 2 hours.
Preheat oven and prepare pan
Preheat oven to 175°C and line baking dish with parchment paper.
Add chocolate chips to dough
On lightly floured surface, knead 150-200g chocolate chips into dough. Do not over-knead.
Divide and stuff dough
Divide dough into 6 pieces. Stuff each piece with frozen Nutella and seal shut.
Top buns with chocolate chips
Top each bun with additional chocolate chips.
Prepare egg wash
Whisk 2 egg yolks until smooth.
Brush buns with egg wash
Brush the rolls with egg wash.
Bake the buns
Bake in preheated oven at 175°C for 25 minutes until golden.
