Ultra Chocolate Chia Crunch Bowl

honey (liquid)

Instructions
Make chocolate chia pudding
Mix chia seeds, cocoa powder and milk to create a pudding base
Rest the chia pudding
Let the mixture sit to thicken into a pudding consistency
Prepare blueberries
Place blueberries in a bowl and drizzle with honey
Warm the blueberries
Microwave the honey-drizzled blueberries briefly to release juices
Prepare remaining toppings
Slice banana and roughly chop walnuts
Assemble the bowl
Add yogurt to bowl and top with chocolate chia pudding, warm blueberries, banana slices, walnuts and pumpkin seeds
Finish and serve
Drizzle with additional honey and serve immediately
