High Protein Honey BBQ Chicken Mac & Cheese

Boneless & Skinless Chicken Breast (raw)

Onion Powder

Smoked Paprika

Garlic Powder

Sugar Free BBQ Sauce

Pasta
Macaroni Pasta (dry)

Cheese Sauce
Fat Free Evaporated Milk
340 ml
Light Cream Cheese

Chicken Stock Powder
1.5 tsp
Grated Light Cheddar Cheese (grated)

Instructions
Season the chicken
Pat the chicken breasts dry and season with salt, onion powder, smoked paprika and garlic powder.
Cook the chicken
Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the seasoned chicken breasts until golden and cooked through.
Shred the chicken and add sauce
Remove the chicken from the pan, shred it and return to the pan. Add honey and BBQ sauce, then stir until coated and sticky.
Cook the macaroni
Cook the macaroni in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain.
Make the cheese sauce
In a pan, combine evaporated milk, light cream cheese and chicken stock powder. Heat gently until smooth.
Combine pasta and cheese sauce
Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir in the grated cheddar until melted and creamy.
Combine chicken and pasta
Add the BBQ honey chicken to the mac and cheese and stir until evenly combined. Serve hot.
