Easy 20-Minute Soy Sauce Chicken Thigh

minced garlic (minced)

soy sauce

oyster sauce

sugar

sesame oil

Instructions
Prepare the chicken
Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then lightly coat with flour.
Heat the pan
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Cook the chicken
Place chicken skin-side down and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Prepare the sauce
In the same pan, add minced garlic and stir for 30 seconds, then add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, sesame oil and water.
Combine and finish
Return chicken to the pan and coat with the sauce, cooking for another minute until the sauce thickens slightly.
