Instructions
Prepare ingredients
Slice chicken breast thinly, cut broccoli into florets, julienne carrot, slice bell pepper, mince garlic and ginger.
Stir-fry chicken and vegetables
Heat sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink. Add broccoli, carrot and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 5-6 minutes. Add soy sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve hot
Divide the stir-fry between two plates and serve immediately while hot.
