High-Protein Lemon Garlic Soya

Instructions
Prepare soya chunks
Boil water in a pot, add soya chunks and boil for 5 minutes. Drain and squeeze out excess water.
Marinate soya
Mix soya chunks with cornstarch, salt, pepper, half minced garlic, and 1 tsp oil. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Fry soya chunks
Heat remaining oil in pan over medium-high heat. Fry marinated soya chunks until golden and crispy, about 5 minutes.
Make lemon garlic sauce
In same pan, sauté remaining garlic until fragrant. Add lemon juice, 50ml water, salt, and pepper. Simmer 1 minute.
Toss and serve
Add crispy soya chunks to sauce. Toss to coat evenly. Serve immediately.
