Ingredients

Noodles

carrots (peeled, cut into rounds)

400 g

glutinous rice flour

225 g

Garlic Chili Oil Sauce

garlic cloves (minced)

soy sauce

Boil and mash carrots

Cook carrots until tender then mash while hot

Form the dough

Mix warm mashed carrot with glutinous rice flour to create smooth dough

Shape button noodles

Roll dough into small balls and create button shape with finger

Boil button noodles until they float then cook 30 seconds more
