Instructions
Prepare Creamy Ramen Broth Base
Mix egg yolk, mayonnaise and ramen seasoning into a smooth paste.
Cook Noodles
Boil ramen noodles according to packet instructions. Reserve 60-75 ml of cooking water.
Create Creamy Broth and Serve
Add 60-75 ml hot cooking water to paste, stir into creamy broth. Top with noodles, green onions and sesame seeds.
Prepare Seasoning Base
Combine minced garlic, white parts of green onions and ramen seasoning in a bowl.
Cook Noodles and Heat Oil
Boil noodles while heating neutral oil in a pan. Cook or heat an egg in the oil.
Create Glaze and Serve
Pour hot oil into seasoning bowl, stir, add vinegar. Toss noodles to coat. Serve with green onions and sesame seeds.
