Instructions
Prepare vegetables
Dice the onion and red capsicum into small pieces.
Prepare chicken
Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with BBQ seasoning, salt and pepper.
Sauté aromatics
Heat oil in a large pan and sauté onion, capsicum and garlic paste until softened.
Cook chicken
Add seasoned chicken pieces to the pan and cook until lightly browned on all sides.
Add sauces and tomatoes
Stir in crushed tomatoes, barbecue sauce and water. Mix well to combine.
Add pasta and cream cheese
Add dry pasta and cream cheese to the pan. Stir until cream cheese melts and coats everything.
Bake the pasta
Transfer everything to a baking dish, top with shredded cheddar and bake at 190°C for 50 minutes until bubbly and golden.
