Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta
Golden seared chicken in a velvety garlic cream sauce with freshly grated parmesan and your favourite pasta shape, ready in just 30 minutes.

Instructions
Prepare ingredients
Slice chicken breast into thin strips and mince the garlic cloves.
Cook pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sear chicken
Heat olive oil and butter in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken strips and sear until golden brown on both sides. Season with salt and pepper.
Make garlic cream sauce
Add minced garlic to the same pan and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Finish sauce and combine
Stir in freshly grated parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is creamy. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly. Adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve
Serve immediately with extra grated parmesan and freshly cracked black pepper on top.
