Instructions
Prepare the base
Dice boiled potatoes and place chickpeas in a large mixing bowl.
Chop vegetables
Finely chop onion, tomato and green chili.
Assemble chaat
Combine potatoes, chickpeas, onion, tomato and chili. Season with chaat masala and salt.
Add chutneys and toppings
Drizzle yogurt, tamarind chutney and green chutney over the mixture. Top with sev and coriander.
Serve immediately
Serve the chaat right away while the sev is still crisp.
