Preheat the oven to 170°C.

In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt, sesame, flax and sunflower seeds.

Pour in the beer and sunflower oil and stir until a dough forms.

Transfer the dough onto a baking sheet, shape into a loaf or individual portions, and bake at 170°C until golden.
