Yogurt Sauce

Instructions
Prepare falafel mixture
Blend chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, flour and olive oil into a coarse paste.
Shape and fry falafel
Form mixture into small patties or balls and fry until golden and crisp.
Prepare fresh vegetables
Slice lettuce, red cabbage, cucumber, tomatoes and red onion into thin strips.
Make yogurt sauce
Mix yogurt with minced garlic, lemon juice and salt until smooth.
Assemble wraps
Warm flatbreads, add lettuce, cabbage, cucumber, tomato, red onion, falafel, feta and drizzle with yogurt sauce.
