Valentine's Cookie Skillet

brown sugar

egg yolk

all-purpose flour

Toppings
vanilla ice cream

Instructions
Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 180°C and prepare a small skillet or baking dish.
Cream butter and sugars
In a bowl, cream together the softened butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg yolk and vanilla
Mix in the egg yolk and vanilla bean paste until well combined.
Mix dry ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon.
Combine wet and dry
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Bake cookie
Press dough into the prepared skillet and bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden but center is still soft.
Add toppings and serve
Remove from oven, top with vanilla ice cream and a dusting of powdered sugar. Serve immediately while warm.
