Crust

Filling
cream cheese

heavy cream

milk chocolate

Instructions
Prepare the crust
Mix all crust ingredients together until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 22cm springform pan.
Chill the crust
Place the crust in the refrigerator to chill while preparing the filling.
Make the filling
Whip the heavy cream with a mixer until stiff peaks form. Add cream cheese and continue mixing until smooth. Melt Kinder chocolate over a double boiler and fold into the mixture.
Assemble cheesecake
Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust. Return to refrigerator.
Prepare ganache
Heat heavy cream until just boiling, remove from heat. Pour 50ml over white chocolate and 50ml over milk chocolate. Let stand until melted, then stir until smooth.
Finish and chill
Pour ganache over the filling and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
