Easy Manti without Special Mold

Instructions
Prepare the dough
Mix flour, eggs, salt and water to form a stiff dough.
Knead and rest the dough
Knead until smooth and firm. Divide into 4 pieces and rest in a plastic bag for 20 minutes.
Prepare the filling
Grind onions, squeeze out juice, then mix with ground meat, salt and black pepper.
Roll out the dough
Roll each dough piece to fit the size of your manti mold or cut into squares manually.
Fill and shape the manti
Dust the mold with flour, place dough over it, add meat filling, fold and seal.
Cook the manti
Boil water with salt and a tablespoon of oil. Add manti and cook until they float.
Prepare the sauce
Melt butter with tomato paste, add mint and chili flakes. Serve manti with garlic yogurt and the hot sauce.

Storage
Freeze uncooked manti on a tray, then transfer to a bag. Cook from frozen.
