Instructions
Caramelize the onions
Cook onions slowly until deeply golden and jammy.
Prepare the burger sauce
Mix all burger sauce ingredients until smooth.
Prepare the beef patties
Roll beef into small balls and press onto tortillas.
Cook the tacos
Sear the tacos meat-side down until crispy and browned.
Melt the cheese
Flip tacos, add cheese and cover to melt.
Assemble and serve
Top with sauce, onions, lettuce, and pickles.
