Spicy One Pan Peanut Chili Oil Noodles
These spicy peanut chili oil noodles are packed with bold flavors and come together in one pan for a quick, satisfying meal.

Instructions
Prepare ingredients
Mince garlic cloves and slice green onions. Measure out all other ingredients.
Cook noodles
Cook hand-cut thick noodles according to package directions until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
Heat oil and aromatics
Heat neutral oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chili flakes, stirring until fragrant.
Create peanut sauce
Add peanut butter, chili oil crisp, dark soy sauce, and rice vinegar to the pan. Stir until well combined and heated through.
Combine noodles with sauce
Add cooked noodles to the pan and toss until evenly coated with the spicy peanut sauce. Add more pasta water if needed for desired consistency.
Serve and garnish
Transfer to serving bowls and top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately while hot.
Storage
Best enjoyed fresh. If reheating, add a splash of water to loosen the sauce
