High Protein Cheesy Garlic Naan
Ingredients
Dough
all-purpose flour (dry)
300 g
Greek yogurt (plain)
200 g
baking powder (dry)
2 tsp
salt (dry)

garlic (minced)
3 cloves
Topping
mozzarella (shredded)
120 g
butter (melted)
30 g
garlic (minced)
2 cloves
parsley (chopped)

Instructions
Mix the dough
Combine flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, salt and minced garlic in a bowl until a soft dough forms.
Divide the dough
Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and shape each into a ball.
Roll the naan
Roll each ball into an oval shape about 5 mm thick.
Cook the naan
Heat a dry skillet over medium-high heat and cook each naan for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and puffed.
Prepare garlic butter topping
Mix melted butter with minced garlic and chopped parsley.
Add cheese and finish
Brush the hot naan with garlic butter and sprinkle generously with shredded mozzarella. Return to the skillet briefly to melt the cheese.
