Instructions
Mix dry ingredients
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Prepare base dough
Add sour cream and melted butter to dry ingredients. Mix into dough and press into baking sheet.
Make custard filling
Mix sour cream, eggs, sugar, salt, and flour for the custard.
Prepare apples
Slice apples thinly, sprinkle with cinnamon and lime juice.
Assemble pie
Arrange apple slices over base, pour custard evenly.
Prepare crumble topping
Cut cold butter into flour, rub with hands until crumbs form. Add sugar and cinnamon.
Top and bake
Sprinkle crumble over pie. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 50-60 minutes.
