Prepare ingredients
Peel and finely chop the onion. Crack the eggs into a bowl.

Cook pork and onion
Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Add ground pork and chopped onion, season with salt and pepper. Cook until pork is browned and onion softens, about 5 minutes.

Push pork mixture to side, add eggs to pan. Scramble everything together until eggs are set.
