Prepare the chicken

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate with soy sauce and white pepper.

Dip the chicken pieces in beaten egg, then coat thoroughly with cornstarch.

Heat neutral oil in a pan and fry the coated chicken until golden and crispy.
