A hearty one-dish dinner that combines tender chicken, creamy orzo, and fresh vegetables in a single pan for an effortless weeknight meal.

Instructions
Prepare ingredients
Dice chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, mince garlic, and measure all ingredients.
Sauté garlic
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Cook chicken
Add diced chicken to the pan and cook until lightly browned on all sides.
Add orzo and tomatoes
Add orzo pasta and cherry tomatoes to the pan and stir to combine with chicken.
Add broth and simmer
Pour in chicken broth, season with salt and pepper, bring to a boil then reduce heat to simmer.
Add spinach
Stir in fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
Finish with parmesan
Remove from heat and stir in grated parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
Serve immediately
Divide between plates and serve hot as a complete one-dish dinner.
