BBQ Chicken Pasta

Instructions
Prepare ingredients
Dice the chicken breast, onion, and red capsicum into bite-sized pieces.
Preheat oven
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Sauté vegetables
In a large oven-safe pan, sauté the diced onion and red capsicum until softened.
Cook chicken
Add the diced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink.
Add garlic
Stir in the garlic paste and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add sauces and seasoning
Add the crushed tomatoes, barbecue sauce, BBQ seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Add pasta and water
Add the dry tagliatelle pasta and water to the pan. Stir to combine all ingredients.
Add cream cheese
Add the light Philadelphia cream cheese and stir until melted and incorporated.
Bake in oven
Transfer the pan to the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes until the pasta is tender and the top is golden.
Add shredded cheese
Remove from oven, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese, and return to oven for 5 more minutes until melted.
Serve
Remove from oven and serve hot directly from the pan.
