Brigadeiro
condensed milk

whipping cream

Instructions
Prepare Brigadeiro mixture
Combine condensed milk, cocoa powder and butter in a saucepan.
Cook Brigadeiro
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
Chill Brigadeiro mixture
Transfer to a greased bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Shape Brigadeiro balls
Lightly butter your hands and roll the chilled mixture into small balls.
Coat Brigadeiro
Coat each ball in chosen topping and place in paper cups.
Make biscuit base
Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter.
Press into cups
Press the biscuit mixture into serving cups and chill for 15–20 minutes.
Whip cream
Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
Assemble and top
Spoon or pipe whipped cream over the chilled base and top with blueberries and raspberries.
Final chill
Chill the assembled cups until ready to serve.
