Preheat the oven to 160°C. Prepare a 20×20 cm square baking pan lined with parchment paper.

Melt chocolate and butter

Melt the chocolate and butter over a double boiler, then set aside to cool slightly.

Whip eggs and sugars

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until frothy, then gradually add olive oil while stirring continuously.

Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, a pinch of salt, and corn starch. Mix gently with loose but firm movements, then fold in a handful of chocolate chips.
