Instructions
Prepare equipment and ingredients
Preheat the oven and prepare the loaf pan.
Mix wet ingredients
Combine pumpkin puree, melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
Mix dry ingredients
Whisk together flour, both sugars, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and all spices in a separate bowl.
Combine wet and dry ingredients
Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.
Bake the loaf
Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool the loaf
Allow the loaf to cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Prepare the glaze
Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth and pourable.
Glaze the loaf
Drizzle the glaze over the cooled loaf and let it set for 5 minutes before slicing.
