Chicken with Spring Onion

Instructions
Prepare ingredients
Wash and trim spring onions. Slice them into 3 cm pieces, separating white and green parts. Mince garlic cloves.
Season the chicken
Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and black pepper.
Fry the chicken
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add seasoned chicken and fry until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
Add garlic
Add minced garlic to the pan and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add spring onion
Add white parts of spring onion and stir-fry for 1 minute. Then add green parts and cook for another 30 seconds.
Season and finish
Drizzle soy sauce over the dish and toss everything together for 30 seconds. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
