Prepare potatoes

Wash potatoes, coat with olive oil, season with salt and wrap each in foil.

Bake potatoes

Place wrapped potatoes in air fryer at 180°C for 60 minutes.

Mash potatoes

Cut open baked potatoes, mash with fork and mix with butter and salt.

Prepare filling

Finely chop ham and pickled cucumbers. Grate cheese. Mix with mayonnaise and sour cream.

Assemble and finish

Spread filling over mashed potatoes and air fry for another 5 minutes. Optionally sprinkle with green onions.
