Two Easy Dumpling Recipes
Two simple yet flavorful dumpling recipes featuring an easy-fold method and a creamy, spicy Korean rosé dipping sauce.

Dumpling Wrappers

Dumpling Filling
ground pork

cabbage (finely_chopped)

Instructions
Prepare the filling
Mix ground pork, finely chopped cabbage, green onions, grated ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl until well combined.
Fold the dumplings
Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Fold using the easy-fold method and seal the edges.
Make the Spicy Korean Rosé Sauce
Sauté diced onion and minced garlic in butter and oil until soft. Add gochujang and heavy cream, stirring until the sauce is smooth and pink.
Cook the dumplings
Heat oil in a pan, add dumplings and fry until bottoms are golden. Add a splash of water and cover to steam for 5 minutes.
Serve
Plate the dumplings and drizzle or serve with the spicy Korean rosé sauce on the side.

Storage
