Asian Honey Garlic Potatoes

fresh ginger (grated)

Instructions
Prepare potatoes
Wash, peel and cut potatoes into 2 cm cubes.
Parboil potatoes
Place potato cubes in a pot of salted water. Bring to a boil and cook for 8 minutes until slightly tender.
Make sauce
In a bowl, combine minced garlic, grated ginger, honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
Fry potatoes
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add drained potatoes and fry for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
Coat with sauce
Pour the prepared honey garlic sauce over the crispy potatoes. Toss to coat evenly and cook for 2 more minutes.
Garnish and serve
Remove from heat. Sprinkle with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, and a pinch of black pepper. Serve hot.
