Crispy Honey Chipotle Tenders

Instructions
Prepare the marinade
Mix buttermilk with salt and pepper. Add chicken tenders and let them marinate for 15 minutes.
Prepare breading station
Set up three bowls: flour mixed with spices, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
Bread the chicken
Coat each marinated chicken tender first in flour, then in egg, and finally in panko breadcrumbs.
Fry the tenders
Heat oil in a pan or deep fryer to 175°C. Fry chicken tenders in batches for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Make the honey chipotle sauce
Melt butter in a small pan, add honey and chipotle sauce. Stir until combined and slightly thickened.
Coat and serve
Toss fried chicken tenders in the warm honey chipotle sauce. Serve immediately with ranch dressing.
