Instructions
Prepare cucumber
Wash the cucumber thoroughly and cut it into chunks.
Juice limes
Roll the limes on the counter to release juices, then cut in half and squeeze into a bowl.
Blend ingredients
Add cucumber chunks, lime juice, sugar and half the water to a blender and blend until smooth.
Strain and dilute
Strain the mixture through a fine sieve into a pitcher, pressing on solids to extract maximum flavor. Add remaining cold water and stir.
Serve
Fill glasses with ice and pour the limeade over. Garnish with cucumber slices or lime wedges if desired.
