Banana & Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
Cake Batter
eggs (whole)

ripe bananas (ripe)

spreadable chocolate
2 tbsp
cocoa powder
2 tbsp
baking powder
1 packet
vanilla extract
1 tsp
vegetable oil
100 ml
milk
100 ml
flour
1.5 cup
Topping
milk
1 cup
chocolate chips
100 g
Instructions
Prepare wet ingredients
Add eggs, bananas and chocolate spread to a pan and mix well.
Add remaining ingredients
Add cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla, oil, milk and flour to the pan and mix until smooth.
Cook the cake
Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 40–45 minutes.
Check doneness
Insert a toothpick into the center to check if the cake is fully cooked.
Add topping
Pour milk over the cake, then sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Cover and let rest for a few minutes.
