Prepare ingredients
Slice cucumber and ginger. Juice the lime and grapefruit. Lightly crush mint leaves.

Muddle aromatics
In a glass, muddle mint leaves, ginger slices and cucumber to release their flavors.

Pour fresh lime and grapefruit juice into the glass over the muddled ingredients.
