For the Hot Honey Garlic Aioli

Instructions
Prepare the hot honey
Combine all hot honey ingredients in a small saucepan and heat gently until glossy and combined.
Season the chicken
Toss chicken pieces with oil and all spices until evenly coated.
Cook the chicken
Sear chicken in hot skillet until browned and cooked through.
Make garlic butter
Mix softened butter with garlic, herbs, and Parmesan until smooth.
Prepare aioli
Whisk mayonnaise with hot honey, garlic, lemon, and spices. Chill until serving.
Assemble the garlic bread
Slice loaf lengthwise, spread with garlic butter, layer with mozzarella, chicken, and more cheese.
Bake the bread
Bake at 190°C until cheese is melted and bubbly, then broil briefly for golden edges.
Finish and serve
Drizzle with remaining hot honey, garnish with parsley and Parmesan, slice and serve with aioli.
